A couple of PTAT questions:

1. Is the PTAT Tuner only for that use or can you record 3 shows at the same time outside the the PTAT window?

2. If you want shows outside the 8 days can you move the after the fact?

3. If you want shows outside the 8 days do you need a separate timer and thus the use of one of the other 2 tuners to make that happen?

4. Is there any grace period or will shows that run by 11:00 just be cut off?

PTAT does not use a special or dedicated tuner.

2. If you want shows outside the 8 days can you move the after the fact?

After 8 days, if you don't actively save the content, it is replaced with new content.

3. If you want shows outside the 8 days do you need a separate timer and thus the use of one of the other 2 tuners to make that happen?

You can choose to save the program long-term by pressing the record button while watching it.

You can also set up a timer for a PATA show and it will automatically save it to your side of the drive and save it however long specify without using an additional tuner.

1. You have full use of all 3 tuners outside the PTAT hours.
2. Yes, select the show and choose Save.
3. A separate timer will piggy-back on the tuner PTAT is using so you still have the other 2.
4. A sports event will cause the whole night to extend an hour.
