Question about Dish Home - also 2 new apps!

I have seen posts a while back that when the Customer Support app was added, unsubscribed channels would show up in the guide as green instead of red. I also believe it was mentioned that it would also give you the oppurtunity to add these channels from the guide (maybe taking you to Customer Support directly from the guide, not exactly sure). Anyway my 3900 (Upgraded) doesn't do this although I do have the Customer Support app. My question is does anybody with a 3900 have what I described above or was this only on certain recievers (IE: 4900)? No big deal, just wondered why it wasn't that way on mine.

BTW, two new apps were added in the last couple of days. TV MAG under Entertainment, and College Football under Sports. The College Football app is similar to the Baseball and has a "U PICK EM" game (says to be activated later this year when selected).

My 3900 has the customer support application, but most of my unsubscribed channels are still red. Only the Showtime package channels and 3 a-la-carte channels (Golf Channel, Outdoor Channel, Bloomberg TV) appear in green. I just subscribe to AT100.
The Zap2It app is also up
Are any of these enabled on the 501 yet? I haven't checked mine for a couple of weeks.

Thanks.
TV Mag and Zap2It are enabled on the 50x. Customer support, horoscopes and some others are not enabled yet

Just so you know, when you hit the GUIDE button and it shows you all the channels available including the ones you don't get, if you want to hit the GUIDE button again and the screen shows onlt the channels you supscribe to.
Yeah, the All Sub list is a nice feature. It also is a great way to impress friends. When they come over tell them to give the EPG a test drive (make sure the all sub list is what the EPG is showing). Make a mention that all the channels in gray are the ones you get, the ones in red you don't... ;)
one thing I would love? If the All Sub list didn't change back to the all channels list if someone doesn't punch the exact channel number in.

No, the green channels are on both the 110 and 119 satellites. If your receiver is only connected to just the 119 satellite (or any satellite that isn't 110), then you will only see red. Access to the 110 satellite is required for the whole Dish Home set of applications (including Customer Support and having some "green" channels in the guide).
