Question About HD-LiL Channel Numbers

If you have both SD and HD channels selected to display in your guide (the default).

You'll see for example:
10 KAKE (the HD LiL)
10 KAKE (the SD LiL)
10-1 KAKE (the OTA)

Cool. Thanks for the quick replies.

I use the guide setup that deletes SD duplicates, so it looks like the guide numbers will stay the way they are except the "standard" channel number will be the HD channel.
I keep the SD channels in the guide.

During rain-fade, the HD channels, on the higher frequency down-link, "disappear" before the lower band SD. So, I can fall-back to the SD, until it goes out.

That is one of the reasons I have OTA. Can tune to them even if they are not in my favorites.
Me, too.

But, that only works for the locals. ;)

The SD fall-back works for those other HD/SD channels via D*, too. Until it rains hard enough to stop both Ka and Ku.
