I wouldn't bet on it unless the FCC issues a direct edict to E* to do just that. I believe E* will keep them out on the wings as long as they can.
Question about NYC locals...Spot or Conus?
What channels will go to spot beam.....I understand the major networks will stay on conus beams...but will the independent channels (or Pbs) like WLIW (21) AND WLNY (55) be put on spot beam thus eliminating the 2nd dish pointed @ 61.5?
That is why I am holding off on the 2nd dish option.....:shrug:
