I am considering upgrading from a 721 DVR to a 722 HD DVR with the following programming:

AT 200; HD Silver+HD Platinum; Locals+Superstations; HBO; Starz

According to the CSR, the $5.98 DVR fee is waived for this package. If I add a 2nd 722, I understand there is a $7.00 leased receiver fee. Do they also add on the $5.98 DVR fee for this 2nd receiver? Is there any way to avoid the DVR fee on the 2nd receiver?

It sounds like perhaps you're getting the DVR Advantage deal? That is where they waive the first DVR fee, but you'd have to pay for the 2nd one I believe. The only way to avoid the 2nd fee would be to upgrade to Americas Everything Pak, which would basically be AT250 + 4 Premiums (HBO, Starz, Sho and Max)
