I have the R15-500. For the past 4-5 months we have had problems with recorded shows locking up and having to reboot. But, I watched a show I taped on HGTV and it played through no problem. My wife watched a show taped on the same day but on NBC and it kept locking up. Is it possible that only certain channels are having problems recording? And is that even possible?

We don't really know anything for certain on the cause of R15 problems. There's plenty of speculation, but I haven't seen anything about particular channel's causing lock-ups.
