I just noticed I'm being charged twice for my HR34 also. I'll call after 8:00. I'm embarressed to say if the OP hadn't posted I might have nissed this since the extra charge is listed under the credits.
edit: OK, I'm really a fool. I looked again and the extra $6 is because I wasn't charged last month.
This a bug in the way they order the HR34. You probably also got a second ontime $49 charge for install. Call and get it fixed. It took about 30 minutes on the phone with them to fix but they credited it back.
