Just picked this up and set it up, but the pause button requires me to push it much harder than the other buttons. I assume this is not common with this remote? The others I just touch and they do what they need to, but the pause will not do anything unless pushed firmly.

I have to drive about 70 miles to exchange it if this is not a common issue which is my quess.

Thanks

I also just got the 880 and have a few buttons that act this way. One I had set for the blue button and use it quite frequently. It seems to have gotten broken in and now works the same as the rest. The other two buttons haven't improved but I don't use them as much. I too am considering returning mine.

Mine does the same thing, but it's the record button. For me it's not how hard a press the button but it's for how long.
I need to go to logitech and re-learn the command. I just haven't felt like. As soon as I get use to one interface they change it. Just the technology world we live in.

Yep...mine works, but I hate to just settle for this. I just hate the 70 mile drive to do it.

I had a harmony 659 before and was very happy with it until I dropped it on my hardwood floor and broke the LCD so I figured I would upgrade to the 880. Sort of wish I would have just replaced the 659.

Went to exchange mine today but they were out. Ended up just returning it and then purchasing another online for much cheaper. I did get everything set up and working great prior to returning so hopefully it will transfer.

When I went from the 659 to the 880 I didn't have to re-set anything up it used my information that was there for the 659.
