Have any one has been running into a situation where the R-15 DVR is going into a black screen and all other IRD in the house still working fine...SWMi is not overloaded. All signal levels are good including C/N. Any information will be appreciated. I have been seeing this issue only on MFH2/MDU set up.

Is it an R-16 or R-15??
R-15 are not SWM compatible.
