R15-100 firmware update
when will DTV have a new firmware update for the R15-100?
so far i have to reset my R15, at least, twice a week or more. i got 2 R15s for 3 weeks so far. i have 1 R10 and that guy require a reset probably once a month. seems like DTV is getting worse with having to reset all the time.
after been used to the DTivo, the R15 is not as good. i'll say it straight. stability, it cant compare to the Tivo stuff.
i know i have to live with the R15 and HR20. but still they are more than annoying sometimes.
DTV should have more thorough testing these DVRs, get more people to fix the issues. i know they have money. hire more people darn it.
