I dont yet have the new software with the MY Playlist. How do I get it?
Also, can the R15 incorporate the off air locals into the guide? Thanks!

1. You can initiate a forced update at any time by restarting your DVR (push red reset button behind front panel access card door), then use your remote to enter 0 2 4 6 8 when the first startup display appears. However, you might just reinstall your current software unless a new software update has been distributed for your DVR. And if that's happened, you'll get the update that evening anyway.

2. No. The R15 has no over-the-air tuner and hence no off-air channel info.
