For some reason my R15-300 turns off then turns back on. Has to completly reboot. Any reason why.
When does this happen?

At any point does it work as expected?

Mr R15-100 has started doing this.

It happens when no one is using the remote.

I don't think it could have anything to do with the TV. The DVR does not know what it is connected to through Svideo.

According to the troubleshooting section of the manual, low/high line voltage or spikes can cause the power supply to shut down and force a reboot.

Check your line voltage, and/or get a UPS or spike protector for your DVR.

I know it is possible for just one of my units to be affected by this, but I consider it unlikely. Only one of my DVRs are on a UPS.

However, I think I will try a UPS and see if it helps, thanks.
