I have an R22 (now an HR22) along with another R22 (which they sent to replace a defective R23 ) in a SWM setup. Coax is plugged into SAT1 on both IRDs. One R22 shows signal on both tuners and I can watch/record two separate problems. The problematic R22 only allows me to watch/record a single channel. When I look at the signal strength it shows bars for both tuner 1 and tuner 2 but tuner 2 has no signal.

I'm stumped.

Re-run the SAT setup and make sure you've selected dual tuners as an option.
This one might have been turned into single tuner mode.
