Someone just made a great suggestion:
Let's use this thread for rants about all that is bad about the HR-20. Don't leave out a thing!
If someone chooses to read this thread, they know what to expect.
So come on in. The water is (cold, hot, deep, awful)!
Enjoy!

Truly written by someone who just doesn't get it.
Don't you get it, the majority of posts here are about problems that users are having, if things were going well, most of the posts would be about new features they would like, or general questions. What you call rants, is frustration built up from people who have been having problems for quite a while or who have expectations that what they were sold actually does what they were told it would do. This is not the happy sunshine ass blowing forum. If you don't like how people share the issues they are experiencing you don't have to read them, but you don't need to demean them or discount them. If someone comes on and explains their problem, if I have the same problem it is a good thing that this information is shared. If I have an informed opinion about the quality of this product as a user of it, I can share it any way I want. If the users here have the qualifications to critique the apparent quality of their code and QA processes, that is also ok to do. What is rude, is to consistently put down or discount those of us with problems just because you don't like it and you perceive them as negative. Who are you to decide what is a rant or negative. It is also equally as rude to jump into a thread where people are discussion a problem and say you should leave, return your equipment, quit D* etc. etc, because people are sharing their issues and experiences. Did you consider creating a thread about things you like? That would be constructive instead you decided to go trolling, congratulation you were successful.
