The manual recordings gremlin seems to have reappeared after a week or so of stability. I was adding some of the BCS games to the schedule Tuesday afternoon and noticed that several of my daily manual recordings were showing no episodes in the prioritizer, whereas they were scheduled as recently as yesterday.

I also found several black screen recordings in the playlist which had to be discarded.

This was pretty persistent behavior before but had not been a problem with 10b until I noticed the above earlier today. I will do an RBR to see if that corrects the problem but I remain in the camp of those skeptics who only use the HR20 as an experimental device.

I have no confidence this thing will record what it is supposed to until the software settles down. Thankfully, I have a pair of HR10-250's to do the heavy lifting in the interim.

After almost three months of black screens and missed recording problems, I still cannot trust this device.

Sigh. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

((Note: After an RBR, the 3 recurring daily manual events started to reappear in the to do list. I assume given sufficient time to repopulate the guide following an RBR, I wil start to see more than 1 scheduled episode per program.))

I'm in the same boat! I guess all we can do for now is wait on D" to fix these problems
