On Oct.26th I called Direct about replacing my sd box. Since I have the Protection Plan,they quickly sent one out no problem.A few days later i received the the replacement box.I installed it,packed up the old one & dropped it off at Fedex. I made a copy of the return slip so i can keep track of the return.I shipped it Oct.30th The package has departed Hutchins, TX on Nov.1st.but,it hasn't updated since.Should I be worried? Thanks.
