I've been trying to find a way to remotely enter recording instructions directly from TV Planner on DirecTV's website (via DVR Scheduler). Searching the web, I've seen mention of a TV Planner tab with a separate Record tab &/or button (I forget which). I don't see anything related to Record, and TV Planner is not in a tab. I've tried both IE7 & Firefox 3.

Can anybody else get this to work without manually going to DVR Scheduler & specifying all the program info?

It's available from the TV Listings page:
http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/epg/theGuide.jsp

Click on a show. The expanded view has 3 options/links at the bottom if your account is properly set up with DVR service:
Program Details.....Record to Receiver.....Email Reminder

Clicking 'Record to Receiver' will bring up additional dialogs to complete.

Thanks for the suggestion. I do get that page ok, as you describe. My problem is with the TV PLANNER.
