I have the AM21 and the - numbers do not show up on the website for me to record are they suppose to? any suggestions?

Ummm, hire someone to stay at your house 24/7 whose sole responsibility will be to schedule OTA recordings that you call in while away????? :lol:

Seriously, how about getting a slingbox, then you can just connect remotely and not only perform remote scheduling of recordings, but actually watch programs on your HR2x remotely. That's about it.
