Earl - I tried to provide boring detail so you and D* might be able to tell me what's happining.
I have the new OxE3 update and thought it solved some of my problems, but a few new ones showed up.
I set Manual Recurring recording for two news shows: Ch 202 at 5:45 am for 1 hour 15m; and Ch 202 at 3:55 pm for 1 hour 5m. It worked fine for a few days, but I noticed this morning that they both show up twice (starting tomorrow), exactly the same on the To Do List. It doesn't seem to interfer with recording more shows at the same time, but it makes a mess of the List.
For some unknown reason, Ch 202 also showed up recording at 3:55 AM which I did not set up. I erased it through the Priortizer.
I set up to record local Ch 12 (ABC) "Boston Legal" as a series using the double "R", and I thought it was all okay. Today I checked and found it was not on my TD List. I tried to reset it by pushing the "R" twice, but it would only take it once. A second push on R would delete the recording. Does this have something to do with the fact that this program starts at 9:01 pm rather than the standard 9:00 pm. I notice several programs are starting to do this and it could be a big problem if there is a connection. ( Note: this is not a rerun, so that's not the problem.)
Lastly, I recorded Ch 76 8-10 pm Sunday and started watching it before it completed the recording. I viewed it for about half hour after the recording stopped when I decided to stop watching for later viewing. But the HR20 would not let me stop viewing when I pused the "Stop" button. Or the Exit, or anything. Finally, I entered another station and it stopped and played the station. For a test, I tried to reboot the program; it rebooted, but only from the beginning, not from where I left off. I have not be able to reproduce this when recording a couple of other shows, so maybe it's a one-time glitch.
