I had heard about a year ago that they were filming episodes for what would be called "Red Dwarf X" but I didn't really believe it. Well I just found out Season 10 (X) started airing 10/4 on "Dave", the UK channel. Some PBS channels are showing them in the US but not all. Unfortunately neither PBS station in my area is showing them. It's a typical 6 episode season and 2 have already aired.

Yes, it is the original cast.

Just thought I'd let Red Dwarf fans, like myself, know.

The DVD's come out on 11/19. No firm word on whether or not Region 1 versions will be available though.

Except for the fact that Rimmer looks a little older, the entire cast looks like they pretty much picked up right where they left off (I've seen the first two episodes)

Saw an update on TVSHOWSONDVD.COM today that said region 1 DVDs/blurays won't be released until 2013.

Looks like Georgia Public Broadcasting nor PBA 30 are one of them :-(
