For something that seems to save so much CSR time by allowing a customer to refresh their own services, I'm surprised that it is HIDDEN so well!

Hey, speaking of refreshing, has anyone else noticed that it appears that D* NO longer lets you do an automated refresh over the phone any longer. When I tried doing a 721 as I have done many times in the past, it took me over to a CSR, which (of course) was VERY time consuming. Figures D* would take something away to make people lives easier... :rolleyes:

And before anyone mentions the website, most of my clients don't even have their accounts setup on the website, so that is of NO value to me in these cases.
