Hey, speaking of refreshing, has anyone else noticed that it appears that D* NO longer lets you do an automated refresh over the phone any longer. When I tried doing a 721 as I have done many times in the past, it took me over to a CSR, which (of course) was VERY time consuming. Figures D* would take something away to make people lives easier...
And before anyone mentions the website, most of my clients don't even have their accounts setup on the website, so that is of NO value to me in these cases.
