I bought a reman 508 with 1 year warrantee. I called to activate the unit but the unit would not activate. Dish is sending me a replacement. When I had them deactivate one of my 301's they deactivated they wrong one. Just having a bad day I guess.
they have a tendancy to deactivate the wrong boxes. I have the 6 boxes and when they deactivate the wrong one, you can not get it corrected until you call the audit department to get approval again, may take weeks if you work during the day. They should really verify things before deactivating, such a headache.
