to program the input key you use code 960, like so:
1. tv
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 9-6-0

but key is getting the right code. I have a westinghouse and I can get it to turn on/off and volume controls just fine but cant get input key or mute to work. Mute just turns volume down 1 notchEdmund said:to program the input key you use code 960, like so:

Thanks for this. I did it and it did activate the input button. However it just brings up the device menu of my TV. Do you know what button to press to select? Also, are there other codes you know about to do stuff like FF a DVD player? I was under the assumption this was a universal remote.
