So sometime during the night both remotes to one of the HR20 seemed to quit working, controlled TV but not the DVR, no channel changing , could bring up guide but not select from it or navigate to other channels. Reset and seems everything is fine. This is the first time I have seen this is this some known issue?

Known issue. Full interface and Partial interface (where just some of the buttons work) lockups have been seen in all releases of the HR20 code.
