When I return the H20, should I send the remote also? I asked and the CSR said I "should " include it in the return kit. Has anyone forgotten to return theirs?

Keep the remote, It is usable for any D* box.

Funny you should ask that. I just replaced a defective HR20 with another HR20 and the instructions said NOT to return the remote. Sounded odd to me, but now I have two remotes.

Probably saves them time testing them. They can just toss new ones in and not worry about it.
