This evening I had to call in to get my hr20/700 receiver replaced due to some hardware issues. In the past, anytime I have ordered something or made a call to Directv where service had changed it almost immediately has shown up on Directv.com under my aco****'s recent activity tab. Should a replacement receiver show up under here? Should I be a little more patient? :) Just curious. Thanks
