Reports: XM-Sirius merger to be approved 3-2
Reports on CNBC TV and Marketwatch.com are that Martin has convinced Tate to vote in favor of the XM-Sirius merger, and the vote will be formalized today:

A $20 million fine will be assessed for violating the original terms of the licenses.
