I still have my UTV hooked up in the same room with the HR20 with only one line going to each. (we have already lost ~4 days worth of recordings on the HR20 and the wife was not happy so using this as a backup at the moment). Obviously this limits my recording capabilities per device with only one tuner enabled.

Is it possible to split each of my two lines inside the house into two, routing each of the resulting lines to one tuner per device? And if so what do I need to do this?

I tried a $10 Satellite splitter from Radio Shack but as soon as I connected the second receiver the first lost its signal or became intermittent...

Thanks for any help...

Thanks! I was planning on updating but am afraid to disconnect the UTV, as the saying goes... Once bitten, twice shy... I am pretty sure the original problem was hardware related as it would not even come back after an RBR and unplugging it. We have been pretty solid since replacing the receiver... aside from the typical and often posted normal flakiness ;)
