So when you go into the menu and make adjustments to the display, such as changing from 720p to 1080i, 16x9, 4x3 #1, 4x3 #2, etc, where can one find specifics on what those changes are actually doing? I would like to know what is the resolution of 4x3#1, 4x3#2, what the specifics on the "stretch", "zoom", and "stretch zoom" and "normal" are. It gives the user so many options, I just want to know what teh specifics on thos options are.

Thanks!

1080i = all TV1 output is scaled (if necessary to) 1080i.
720p = all TV1 output is scaled (if necessary to) 720p.
16x9 = select for 16x9 televisions
4x3#1 and 4x3#2 - select for 4x3 HD sets - one of them squishes horizontally, the other vertically. I don't remember which is which.

Normal - picture aspect ratio is unchanged.
Stretch - picture is stretched horizontally (about 30%?)
Partial Zoom - picture is stretched horizontally (about 30%?) and about half as much vertically (about 15%?).
Zoom - picture is stretched horizontally and vertically (about 30%?)
Gray Bars - picture is zoomed very slightly and gray sidebars are applied.

The 30% and 15% numbers are guesses.
