I would like to ask a little advice this morning.
When sat down this morning to watch Football I saw that my HD games were not available. So the first troubleshooting step I tried was to restart the HR20-700 using the menus. This went fine, but when the unit came back both of my custom favorites lists were gone. In the Menu it says "Setup FOOTBALL," for example.
While talking with the DTV CSR who helped me get the HD back for NFST, she suggested I call support because there may be something wrong with the unit.
So my question is should I just setup the Favs again, or should I jump through the DTV support hoops? My first inclination is to just setup the Favs again and not worry about it too much.
