I did a restart receiver from the setup menu to reset the clock. After the restart all the checkboxes in the custom 1 list were unchecked. Everything else was still there, all the series links, recorded shows etc.

I have 2 HR2x DVRs and have restarted each a number of times over the last several months to get the clock back to the correct time. This is the 1st time there has been a side effect.

Same thing happened to me last week. Not before. Not since. Weird.

I had one of my HR20’s lose the custom list last week during a reset (for CE download). The other three HR20’s and the H20 were fine.
