Merger talk - very important, ex: Echo 8 gives extra capacity but not 'nuff - ex: 212 Local markets out there..
Competition might say otherwise - but we are confident...Hopefully merger be done by Year End...
To Retailers: Do not mislead customers about Merger details, present the facts as they are...
California: Good news - The budget was passed without 5% satellite tax....
International programming: Continuing to move forward - Just launched Sun TV - one of best East Indian channels out there...

Not Echofax, Equifax. Its the credit reporting used to qualify people for DHP and other promotions.
Can you explain in a little more detail what the potential offer will be on the 721 in 1Q'03?

At the end of 1Q'03 or so - Dishnetwork should start sending the free Software upgrades for the 721 models to download - to make 'em Dish Home compatible IRDs...
