So I had a message from Directv to shedule my install. But before I called them back I wanted to know if anyone knew if they had a return policy on the new DVR. My main concern is they are going to install it and my wife & I might not like and will want to roll back to our DirectTivo. So I am wondering if we will be able to just hook our old one back up and send them the other DVR back.
