Sacramento: SA42 Dropped, SA15 added
Okay, this is interesting....
It appears that SA42 (KTNC) has been dropped, while SA15 (AZA) has been added. Both are Spanish language stations.
However, I thought the TV Azteca station was a low-power station. Go figure.
