Where should I look to check the signal strength for my local Sacramento stations?

No they are not on any of the Ku sats. The Sacramento MPEG4 locals are on Spaceway 2 @ 99.

You can see the sat signal strength on the usual satellite dish setup screen:
Menu>Help & Settings>Setup>Sat & Ant
