Samsung Series 2 Dvr Problem...

Hi, new poster here. I just upgraded to the HR20 and now have a problem. I moved my Samsung DVR and it will not pick-up any signal. The tech tested for signal at the point of conn. with his signal meter and said it was fine. He has only been on the job for 3 months. He said he did'nt know much about the older DVR's. I ran it through the auto-detect, but it won't detect a signal. All other receivers are working properly. Anybody have any ideas before I call for a service call?

I swapped a D10 receiver and i'm getting a signal to the receiver. The Samsung was working just fine before the install of the new Ka/Ku dish. I have tried all 3 dish types avail. in the auto-detect. I think this is an issue with this new dish.
Thanks for the help. I guess somewhere between moving it to a diff. location, the tuners went bad. They are sending a replacemnet DVR out on Tue. I will miss the tivo format. Oh well.
Could you be more specific as to a re-boot. I did unplug the unit and wait about 15 minutes. Is there something else to try?
