I am subscribed to local channels and also have OTA. XETV-DT OTA does not map properly in my guide. When XETV was fox I didnt care since it was carried via satellite too but now since it is not I want guide info. FYI, when XETV was FOX OTA did have guide info either.

Do you guys have the same problem?

I emailed dish support and got the following response.

The channel is XETV channel 6.

Dish has to carry your locals and you must subscribe to them to get the OTA Guide info.

I would think that if you are getting the SD guide info, that they could translate that to the OTA channel guide info too..

I would email them again.. and maybe escalate it to the executive email.
