I bought a used Satgo for $75, works good, got the preview channel and called to order the mini-access card. All is well, card came today and I'll activate it tomorrow.

My concern is the battery and car power cable are missing. I don't know if DirecTV will even know what I am talking about if I call and ask about those, and some basic searching did not reveal anything for sale on the internet.

Can someone that owns a sat-go see if there is any manufacturer, model, voltage, etc type information on the battery or car charging cable? I would imagine Humax/Directv used general parts when designing the sat-go, not necessarily a specialized battery/charger. It looks much like a laptop type.

Thank you for anyone that can help.

Here's a link to the manual for it; you'll find the specs on page 61.
http://www.directv.com/images/assets/HDReceivers/SatGo_manual.pdf

However right off the bat, here they are:
DC Power Input Vehicle harness: 12V, 5A
Optional LiPB battery 12.6V, 5.5A

Thank you for that, I looked through the manual but didn't see that spec page.

Still hoping that anyone who has a Satgo can see if there is any brand name or model numbers on the battery / car charger.

When calling today to activate the sat-go, they specifically said 'do you understand directv no longer sells accessories for the sat-go'. Funny part is I had not even asked about it yet, but had planned to. On a positive note, the rep asked my zip code, explained how spotbeams work and that I would need to point to 119 for locals when within 50 miles of home (conservative, but I applaud their efforts).

Thanks for finding that picture. Sadly the battery looks entirely custom. Varta makes custom batteries, the model starts with Z11, the same model as the satgo receiver. Oh well, guess I'm just going to end up using the AC with a converter in the car.
