Just had my new Slimline dish and HR20 installed.

Local HD channels (satellite 103) came in fine, but the local SDs (sat 101) did not.

We tried everything we could think of...then removed the old multi-switch from my non-HD Tivo installation, and they came in fine.

The installer should have installed a Zinwell WB68 multiswitch. Your old switch, most likely, was not compatible with the new dish.
