Is there an easy way to save the audio portion of a dishnet recording from the Hopper to a flash drive as an MP3 so I can listen to it in my car? The only thing I can think of would be to playback the program, then feed the RCA output into another device that records. I'm trying to find something easier.

That's the only way I know to do it. Not sure about the audio channels, but Dish encrypts their recordings and they can only be played back by using the receiver.
