Scheduled programs not recording

I have had the HR20 for about a week and a half now and am at current sw release. I have seven shows scheduled to record in the Prioritizer. I can confirm that all of the shows have recorded at least one time. However today I noticed that some of these haven't recorded new episodes in awhile (since ~12/22) while other shows have recorded as planned. I decided to check out the History and ToDo Lists. My History shows a number of shows that were 'canceled'. I can vouch for the fact that I did not cancel any of these shows from recording.

Two reason codes seem to be prevalent.
- This episode was canceled by the viewer (1)
- This episode was partially recorded because it became unavailable (13).

The shows I am trying to record are either on HD locals (not OTA) or SAT channels (Nick, DIY, FOOD, HGTV, etc). None of these were from premium sports packages, as I read in another thread that some people have observed this as a problem.

The other strange thing I saw in the History list is that some of these same shows show up as 'canceled' even though they are in the future and have not occured yet. One example is Smallville on 1/1 (my CW local). Not sure how this could be.

Are these known bugs? If so, when can I expect resolution? Never had this problem with my D*Tivo unit.

What shows are they... as right now, there are VERY few first runs on any channel.

AS for the future canceled... there is still cases where a program is removed from the guide... which is then canceled... And then is re-added when it comes back into the guide, but the History isn't updated to reflect that.
The show on Nick is NewsRadio. All of these are repeats as it is not a new show. But my Prioritizer setting is to capture Both (first run and repeats).

The same goes for 'Late Show' and 'Two and 1/2 Men' on CBS. I have them set to capture first run and repeats.

I don't follow the comment about shows disappearing and reappearing in the Guide. Guess I don't know why that would be taking place and, if so, why it never bothered the Tivo. If this is what's happening, that sure sounds like a sw bug.

I think I had read that the guide was was produced by a 3rd party. So if it is wrong, the HR20 or any other device that uses that info is also not going to be right. Why does guide info come and go??? In many cases it is due to the frequent RBR's that HR20 users seem to need to do. After the reboot, it seems the guide is cached but for only 12-24 hours. So recordings you had setup in the future will be canceled as that guide info is not available. Once the unit is on long enough to get the complete guide data, everything should sort itself out.

Also a warning. I do not know the above is 100% fact. This is just what I have gathered from reading posts here in the past several months.
