Ok.. so I have been looking around for the last day or so, and noticed that there is just a lacking of Sci-fi movies (I Say movies not shows) on HD. from Showtime, HBO and Starz , HDnetMovies and all.. I just dont see a selection.. not Dish's fault by far, but sheesh! all this Drama on HD is not making me happy!!

just a rant, but then, could it just be the December Xmas Season?!?

you know, the Star Trek's, and movies like that..

I know these aren't movies but I've really been enjoying Enterprise and Firefly in HD. I never seen Firefly before so it is like a new show to me (to bad I'm almost to the end).

ah man.. i'm so upset about firefly. I loved that show. I was really bummed when Fox cancelled it. I've been watching it as well. I really liked Serenity as well, I wish they were making a sequel.

A few months ago we had "Forbidden Planet", "2001, A Space Oddessy", and "Silent Running" on HDNET Movies. These things run in cycles. Patience.

As are the other Stargate and Battle Star G.
Don't know if they were done in HD or not, maybe just 16x9 EDTV.
Hopefully The Si-Fi channel will add a HD channel!. John
