I have something similar if I can remember the steps. I start a recording and hit skip ahead 2 or 3 times then exit all as fast as I can to get to the start of the show and clear the menu. When I do this that fast the screen freezes but sound usually still plays. Only way to fix it is to go to live TV and do it all over a bit slower.
Screen Blanks Out
I have had this problem for at least several weeks now where if I exit the guide or swap the pnp screens the screen goes black. I still have audio but the only way to get the screen back is to hard reset the 622's. It's happening to both of mine peridiodically now and I think had this issue on 6.13 and 6.14. Anyone else?

Same thing here. Now when I want to swap tuners, I hit the position button first and get side-by-side pictures, then I hit swap and then hit position again to get the other tuner full screen again. By doing this the screen hasn't gone blank on me yet. If I just hit swap, I never know when the blank screen will happen.
