I hope that, either I can learn to deal with this, or this is clarified in future updates--- I live in LA. When I search for a program to record, and find it, say on channel 4, NBC, it is listed as channel 4 twice. I don't know whether this is channel 4 SD or HD, since there is no indication. I usually just go to national channel 83 HD, which is local channel 4, NBC. Now when OTA is integrated into the guide, how will this be handled. Will there be three channel 4's plus channel 83? Will we eventually be kicked off channel 83? I wonder if we will ever be able to personalize our channel search list so that only the channels we want are included in the search?

The HD channel is listed by the stations ID.

The SD channel is an abbreviation of the city followed by the channel number.

For example in St. Louis:

KMOX4 = HD
ST4 = SD

There seems to be a mix across the US as to which channel is listed first.
In the St. Louis area the HD channel is listed first.
