sounds like the guide needs to be flushed on your hr20. go into the menu, setup, reset, restart receiver. Then as soon as it is done restarting, do it again. This will cause the unit to flush all guide data and reload the guide over the next 24 hours...
Don't choose to reset everything, you'd loose everything you've recorded....
