If I were to get a second 612 for my bedroom would this add a second dvr fee? I know it will add a second reciever fee.

Yes, one of each.

The first DVR fee is essentially waived in the DVR Advantage AT___ package and locals bundle.

All DVR fees are waived if you step up to America's Everything Pak.
