I don't have one, but a coworker got the HR34 with multiple receiver setup. She says that she cannot see the To Do list from any of the remote receivers? Is there a way to do this, or do you have to do that from the HR34?

That's the way it is, not just for the HR34 but for all HD DVRs. HD DVRs can only view their own To Do List, not the To Do Lists on remote DVRs.

My girlfriend gripes about that...also that from one DVR you can't set a recording to one of the others...maybe somewhere down the road?

The only way to manage series recordings on the HR34 from a remote room would require an RVU client.

Well, you do have a couple other options to set up a recording from a remote room. A slingbox and a pc or wifi device in your hand. Or a pc/wifi device using the DIRECTV app.

Dvr scheduler app on dtv.com, Android, iPhone or iPad will allow you to choose the receiver you want to record the show on but that is the extent of it. No to-do list or prioritizer or anything else

The only way you can see a to do list is on the unit where the list resides.
