My R15 can't seem to get it right; not everything that is set to record is in the to do list and it gives priority to lower priority recording requests and says that it won't record the higher priority show because it has a lower priority; is this to be expected? any way to fix it? After 11 years of Directv, it's hard for me to believe but Comcast is looking good; thanks

Yeah, it's bad when cable starts looking good. If cable ever gets NFL Sunday Ticket, I'm heading back quickly. The R15 has caused me to pretty much hate Directv.

Its hit or miss if you want the truth and there is rhyme or reason why.

You could have an R-15 that works great, I have one, OR you could have an R-15 that has occasional issues, I have one of these too OR you could have an R-15 that is so bad your going to have issue after issue. Mine one R-15 went thru a bad phase but stabilized itself after a while.

Mine missed Survivor last week - it was the first instance in my 6 months of experience where a SL failed to record a show - why oh why couldn't it have been "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody"... or "Bob the Builder"... or "Hannah Montana"... or "Clifford the Big Red Dog"???
