Series Link no longer works for me.

Have you check to see if your Series Links are set to First Run only? or Both. It is possible that they are only recording the ones for the same day, as they are immediately scheduled when you set the recording... and the scheduler hasn't run, to clean them up based on the settings

And while you are "testing", are you waiting at least 4-6 hours for the Scheduler to run, before checking the ToDo list.
As the system will not scheduled "all" of them immediately.
 
All I can think then is that internal storage of the guide data in your unit, is fouled up some how.

Does this continue after a reboot?

It's not the guide data. I can see many, many episodes in advance. I can even set a regular recording on them. But Series Link no longer schedules to record them immediately (and apparently not at all sometimes, since we've lost recordings).
That is normal for the unit.

Take a few hours to schedule them all
