Here in SF, D* has, for now, stopped taking any orders on the HR20. If you want one, you need to buy from retail brick & mortar locations e.g. Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. They have no idea when they will resume taking orders.

I was just told the exact same thing here in STL.

They aren't even taking orders. I was directed by the CSR to this page and here's what we get now. http://directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPage.jsp?assetId=P3980108
